A streetwear brand from a 2–3 sale drop to 500K ₽ profit per month
I launched and grew my own clothing brand: product, manufacturing, promotion, sales and logistics — the whole system was built by me. Not a portfolio project, but a real business that became a working system.

The task
Build a streetwear clothing brand with no starting capital and no infrastructure.
I had to find the product, the manufacturing chain and the promotion channels that would turn a creative idea into a profitable business system. No team at the start: product, visuals, promotion, sales and logistics all had to be assembled by hand and made repeatable.
My role
- Product: garment design, sourcing fabric, print and packaging suppliers, running photo shoots.
- Marketing: promotion strategy, paid social, buying placements, work with creators.
- Sales and operations: landing pages, order intake, complaint handling, logistics.
- Finance: unit economics per order, margin, negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
How the work ran
- 01
Launching with no budget
The first product was designer tees. I found the tee, print and packaging manufacturers. The shoot was free: friends as models, free locations. The first drop plus a small ad buy brought 2–3 sales. Hypothesis validated: demand exists, now build the system.
- 02
Product and range
I steadily improved quality and widened the range: shorts, skirts, winter accessories. New suppliers, then a second capsule drop — trousers, a sweater and a tee. In parallel I built proper landing profiles on Instagram* and VK.
- 03
The promotion system
A channel mix found through testing: viral organic reach in short video, paid social on Instagram* and VK as a steady sales driver, placements bought from communities and influencers, and collaborations — including with Marcelo Miracles.
- 04
Sales and customer service
The capsule drop system created urgency and built a base of returning customers. All client work was mine: sales, complaints, and managing expectations when manufacturing runs late and the customer has already paid.
- 05
Logistics and unit economics
I signed a contract with CDEK: shipping cost dropped and the margin on every order went up. Logistics stopped being a problem and became a source of profit.
- 06
Analytics
Constant testing of ad types, range positions and ways of working; performance analytics and social algorithms — decisions were made on data, not on gut feel.
